The bottom of the round bottom is only 4.5” in depth and only has a round bottom. Little metallic handles. This recipe retains heat, cooks evenly, quickly, and efficiently, and imparts the Chinese wok flavor. Must be seasoned. The wok can be purchased in a variety of sizes, including 13, 14, 16, or 17”, or in a 5-pieces set that comes with the wok, aluminum lid, stainless steel spatula, wok ring, and bamboo cleaning whisk. A wok ring ($2.95) may be required to stabilize this round- bottomed wok on the stove. Recommended Linseed oil for seasoning your wok, excellent results and smokeless if seasoning in the oven.
