Return policy

Customers of may return NEW & UNOPENED item (see: acceptable return condition.) in within 30 days from the purchase date. Item has to be shipped back insured and using traceable shipping method. Returned packing has to have enough padding and cushion to prevent damage on the shipping back. Package must be re-package as it was delivered to you. Our shipping address is:

Shipping and handling fee is not refundable. Customer should expect to receive the refund within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return item. In most cases customer may receive their refund earlier.

Acceptable item condition for return or exchange:
– New and unused.
– Still in original manufacturer packaging.
– No missing parts.
– No visible damage on product and box.
– Product is still in sellable condition.

We don’t accept returns for:
– Used items
– Item without original manufacturer box.
– Gift (gift recipient can only do exchange.)

Please note that once an appliance has been used whether it may be an Electric water dispenser or Rice Cooker, we can not accept the item back. has a strict policy to sell only new merchandise.

We always inspect our product carefully prior to shipping. However, in a rare condition, by any chance customer received damaged item due to mishandling by shipping carrier or any possible error then we will be glad to send you replacements. In this case will pay we for all the shipping and handling fee required.

Shipping Policy

MANGVANUSA.COM uses UPS as its delivery service. All orders are packaged by MANGVANUSA.COM Packing peanuts and paper are used for protection.
You will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number.
Orders usually take between 1-2 business days to process.
If required information is missing from the order (i.e. entering P.O. Box#) or an item has to be backordered, we will inform you but this may delay your order.
All orders are shipped via UPS and are bound by their schedule. We require a physical location; UPS does not ship to P.O. Box.
Delivery time varies depending on which UPS shipping methods you choose.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping and tax differ. Your actual shipping cost will be calculated on checkout page. California State residents will be charged sales tax, unless proof of tax relief is provided.
